  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Send the Product Back
    Follow the instructions to securely package and ship the product to us to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. (Your bank might take a bit longer to process it on their end).

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll dispatch the replacement product as soon as we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
